Return Policy
At Rhimamory, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you change your mind or have any problems with your products, here is what you need to know!
We are happy to exchange your product, issue a refund or store credit up to the amount spent on that particular product if the following conditions have been met.
1. We must be notified within 5 days on receipt of the product of the intention to return the product.
2. If reason for return is that the product has a defect, we ask that you ensure all instructions in the manual pertaining to use have been followed, batteries inserted (if appropriate) etc. We will ONLY refund, exchange or issue a store credit if we find the product defective after receipt of said item at our office.Â
3. If the reason for return is any other than defect, the product MUST be unused and still in its original packaging.

Please note that you will bear the cost of pickup and re-delivery (if applicable) if the return is for any other reason than defect.
