Wobble cushions are small round inflatable cushions filled with air that are strong enough to sit or stand on.

The instability or wobble engages the core muscles improving posture and core stability.  So it’s just like an exercise ball – except it’s smaller and more convenient to more around.

It can even help ease back pain in adults.

It is made from high density PVC. It’s also anti-burst so it is designed to slowly deflate rather than burst if it gets punctured.
