At Rhimamory, your satisfaction is very important to us but just in case there are any problems with your products, here is what you need to know!

Refunds – Full refund will be made immediately on any product with a defect on receipt of said product at our office. The product must be unused and still in its original packaging.

Returns – If an item has a defect, we must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Please call + 234 (0) 810 9788217 or email customerservices@rhimamory.com to arrange the return.
