When will I get my order?

We dispatch within 24 hours of you placing your order.

Depending on when you place your order you should receive your items within 2 working days of placing the order within Lagos.

Nationwide delivery (Home delivery option) is also to be expected within 48 hours of order placement.

Public transport Park pick up is dependent on the transport companies schedules so we will not be able to confirm delivery times.

A wish list is the list of items that you love but are not ready to buy just yet. You can use it to store items against a birthday or festive period.

 

How do I create a wish list?

Beneath every product description, there is an “Add to wishlist” button. Click it and it’s done!

 

What is a gift registry?

This is a list of items that you would like to have as gifts. No need for grandpa or aunty to worry about what to get for their favorite. Just access your gift registry and know that you are making the right choice each time!

 

How can I access a gift registry list?

Just go to the gift registry page and enter the details of the recipient – name and email address. This will take you straight to their list.

 

How can I create a gift registry list?

Go to the gift registry page and click the create gift registry button. Enter your details and start choosing what you would like on your list.

 

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Yes you can – as long as the order has not been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched , we will not be able to amend or cancel that order.
